When I spotted this embroidered dress on sale with an additional 40% off at Anthropologie, I decided to grab it at that price. I wasn’t sure about the sleeves but my friend convinced me that it looked cute on me and we all know I have a weakeness when it come to Anthropologie dresses! What do you guys think – did I make the right choice? It was definitely a little impulsive of me.
I thought the tassels and embroidered detailing were a fun touch and while I probably didn’t need it, I know I’ll definitely end up wearing this embroidered dress often enough. The bag is my friend’s by the way and I love the turquoise rockstud detailing so much. I’ve been eyeing this Tulum choker necklace for a while and my parents kindly bought it for me for Chanukah (see it and some of my other presents on my latest youtube video here). I love more minimal and dainty jewels and have been wearing this really frequently! I normally hate the choker trend on me as it makes my neck look non existant and somehow shortens me even more but because this is open, it’s totally wearable and flattering. I love it! If you want to see a tutorial of this makeup look by the way, you can check it out here. I’ve been loving this copper halo smokey eye and this bold magenta lipstick.
