I bought this glittery ombre red coat during Milly’s sample sale last year and I don’t regret it for a second! I wore it during fashion week and I often wear this red coat when I have to dress up for events and holidays. How fun is it?
I don’t have the greatest track record at sample sales so I rarely go. I do try to be less impulsive and really think before buying something. I think I’m a little better but I still only go to a couple each year. In any case, this was one purchase that I have not regretted. I actually did not buy this when I saw it but when I went back the next day and it was still around, I decided to go for it.
Even though it’s definitely a statement coat with the ombre glitter, it’s still something I actually wear a lot and it’s such a fun piece to wear! It’s hard to see the details with all the snow, but it’s a beautiful coat. Check out more fun statement outwear I’ve worn on the blog with my pom pom coat, colorblock coat, neon bow coat, and turquoise coat. These shoes were really hard to get my hands on. I fell in love with them immediately when I spotted them at Reiss, but by the time I got my Chanukah money, it had gone on sale and sold out in my size. It popped back in my size twice and both times I ordered it immediately only to be told my order was canceled. After emailing them, they found one pair left in my size in the Soho location. I was able to finally get them and at over 60% off!
I just feel like sometimes a classic black pump can be a bit boring but with these, the floral detailing make these unique and beautiful. You can see me talk about them in my fashion haul on youtube.
