If you follow me on instagram, you’d know that I went to Los Angeles for Passover with my family. It was really nice getting to spend time with my family and I was really excited that my friend Michelle connected me with Jessica, a really great photographer in LA (stylist and plus size shop owner too!). I always feel a bit disappointed when I travel and can’t share photos with you guys so I was excited that this time I was able to make it happen. Don’t worry, I only did one shoot for a couple of hours (part 2 coming up in the next couple of weeks) and spent the other 9 days there soaking up every minute and being present with my family!
Although you guys know that I really like wearing dresses on a daily basis, I wanted a nice spring and summer top to switch things up a bit. I loved this bell sleeve top and was excited to see it came in petite. Regular size tops rarely work on my frame but this bell sleeve top came in petite and fit perfectly. I feel like this is work appropriate and really versatile and I think I’ll get a lot of wear out of this! It’s similar to this top but I feel like this one fits better and is appropriate for more occasions.
The whole family (minus my three year old sister) went to Universal and Harry Potter World which I was most excited for. It was fun but Harry Potter World was way smaller than I expected. We also went to Melrose, Santa Monica, Abbot Kinney, and of course The Grove. Plus we went bike riding on the beach which was so nice – some of you may have seen all of this on my instagram stories. And check out the amazingggg marble suitcases I traveled with. Not only does it make so easy to spot my luggage but they’re also so gorgeous!
