Hypnotik Hair!

It took me almost 26 years, but I’ve finally learned how to manage my frizzy, wild hair. I still need help with a fishtail braid but I now know how to create those beachy, natural looking waves I’ve always wanted! It helped that I learned how to use a curling wand (disable your adblock and scroll to the bottom of the post to view my top hair styling tools in all price ranges) and I also wash my hair 2-3 times a week instead of washing it every day. But the product that I fell in love with is Hypnotik Hair Serum from 1AM Beauty. It’s made with argan oil and neroli oil and helps de-frizz my hair without using harmful chemicals. When I use a flat iron or curling wand without Hypnotik, my hair looks ok for the moment but ends up becoming more and more frizzy as the day goes on. When I use Hypnotik, my hair stays frizz-free all day! And I’m so excited that Hypnotik is offering an exclusive discount for my followers; the regular price is $29.95, but the special price for my followers is $14.99! Just use the code hypsequin15 at checkout to get the discount.

Pink Lip, Cobalt Bag

Today I’m sharing the second of my three new bags from Galian New York‘s latest collection (see the first one here). The cobalt suede against the black is perfect and I like that there’s a long detachable strap (15-21″ drop) included so there are a few ways to carry it. Again, the price is really reasonable at $70 and it comes in two other colors as well.

My Ash & Willow 360 studs are so cool and just $12!! It’s the perfect way to try this fun trend without spending a lot. They also comes in a cool grey marble and black/white combination as well.

And how perfect is this pink Laura Geller lip crayon? I’m wearing “dragon fruit sorbet” and it’s infused with vitamin E to hydrate your lips (you can get a fun set of three here). Keep scrolling to see my favorite products from Laura Geller.

I was recently given the opportunity to try some Laura Geller products and I wanted to share my favorites with you.

First up, the Laura Geller BB Cream: It has a silky, lightweight texture that’s easy to blend and provides sheer to light coverage in a satin matte finish that diffuses minor flaws and redness. I love that there’s SPF in this product and it’s perfect for normal to slightly dry or oily skin. It worked well on my combination skin which isn’t always the case with bb creams.

Next is the Laura Geller Wow Factor All In One Mascara: It isn’t cheap but I love that the formula is buildable so that you can layer for added volume and length without clumping or smudging!

The Laura Geller Baked Gelato Vivid Swirl Blush has an incredible silky texture that lets you build up color depth without a cakey look. One swipe is all you need for the perfect, natural flush but you can add more color if you like more intense pigmentation.
