For some reason this fall floral dress didn’t appeal to me when I spotted it on Anthropologie‘s website. But when I saw it in person it was so much nicer! I love the studded neckline, the moody floral print, and the cute tie detailing on the sleeves. I was able to use my birthday discount and then my dad generously offered to buy it for me for part of my birthday present! Thanks Dad! I’m happy to have this fall floral dress in my closet because I know it’ll work easily from day to night and it’s the kind of dress I know I will get a lot of wear from. I’ve been loving everything from Anthropologie lately and I need to start avoiding them to save my bank account! Two other great Anthropologie dresses I wore in the past were the Anthropologie mustard yellow dress and this cute plaid dress.
I’ve been pulling out my Chanel bag more often these days (first seen on the blog here). When I first got it, it sat in my closet for the first month because I was a little freaked out by the biggest bag purchase I made in my life. But now I’ve been wearing it a lot and enjoying it. Shopbop has a really nice vintage Chanel bag selection by the way; I don’t think a lot of people know about it. Also, I am way late to the choker craze but I tried it out for the first time here. What do you think? I actually did it for an article I’m working on with a magazine (I’ll share it with you all soon!) and I think it gives off a cool vibe. However, I hate the feeling of it and wonder how people wear them all day! Maybe I’m just a little sensory but the top one feels so constraining. The bottom one was fine because it was looser but it probably doesn’t count much.
